We’re Moving! As of Oct. 1, 2026 We will be at Dupont Naturopathic Family Centre at 789 Dupont St.

You’re going to experience loss — that’s not in question. What’s less talked about is what loss tends to expose: complicated relational and family history that was already there, sometimes for generations, waiting to be named. A death, an estrangement, a relationship ending, or watching someone you love decline before they’re gone — any of it can crack that open.

Loss changes things: your identity, your values, your sense of what’s safe. There’s no simple “going back” to who you were before. We name that honestly in therapy. I don’t sugarcoat it, but I’ll walk beside you through it.
